Ingredients

  • 1/2 pound butter
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1 can roasted green chilis
  • 1/3 cup your favorite hot sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons chicken base
  • 21/2 cups milk
  • 21/2 cups heavy cream
  • 11/4 cups half and half
  • 1/4 cup roux to thicken

How To Make green chili alfredo

  • Step 1
    Bring all ingredients ( except chicken base and parmesan cheese. ) Bring to a boil mixing well, then simmer until smooth.
  • Step 2
    Add chicken base and parmesan cheese mix well.
