- 1/2 pound butter
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
- 1 can roasted green chilis
- 1/3 cup your favorite hot sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons chicken base
- 21/2 cups milk
- 21/2 cups heavy cream
- 11/4 cups half and half
- 1/4 cup roux to thicken
