1Boil chicken in water add a bouillon cube. once done, shred chicken up, set aside. in dutch oven melt butter cook onions in butter, add shredded chicken and enchilada sauces and cream of mushroom soup, blend well.
2next, i cut up my tortillas into bite size pieces. using a 9X13 casserole pan start with some chicken soup mix (so it don't stick)then layer tortillas over that , more chicken then cheese repeat with tortillas, sauce and cheese till all gone bake in the oven till cheese is nicely melted and serve.
