Ingredients
- 1 - whole roasting chicken (3 1/2 lbs.)
- 1 - lemon, washed & halved
- 1 bottle greek vinaigrette dressing
- - feta cheese, crumbled
How To Make greek-style lemon roast chicken

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Step 2Place chicken in 13 x 9" baking dish.

Step 3Squeeze juice from lemon into small bowl; place squeezed halves in chicken cavity. Mix dressing with juice; drizzle over chicken. NOTE: To get more juice from citrus fruits, microwave them on HIGH 30 seconds before squeezing.

Step 4Bake 1 1/2 hours or until chicken is done (165 degrees F.), basting occasionally with pan juices.

Step 5When serving, sprinkle feta over chicken.
