Ingredients
- 2/3 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh garlic
- 2 teaspoons dried oregano
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1/2 teaspoon coarse ground pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper
- 3 pounds frozen chicken wing drummettes thawed (48 oz)
- CUCUMBER DIPPING SAUCE
- 1 cup yogurt, plain
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 small cucumber
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon dill weed, dried
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper, course
How To Make greek chicken wings with cucumber dipping sauce

Step 1Combine all marinade ingredients, then pour over chicken in large zip lock bag. Coat chicken well with mixture. Refrigerate, turning occasionally for 3 hours or overnight.

Step 2Heat oven to 400 degrees. Remove chicken from marinade and discard marinade. Arrange chicken on aluminum foil-lined 15x10x1 pan. Bake for 45 - 50 minutes, turning once.

Step 3Cucumber Sauce needs to be combined and refrigerated for at least 2 hours but is best if made a day ahead. Peel, seed, and shred cucumber then combine all ingredients in small bowl.
