  • 4-6
    potatoes, peeled & quartered
  • 2-3 lb
    chicken pieces
  • 2 large
    onions, thinly sliced
  • 1
    whole bub garlic, crushed or minced
  • 1 Tbsp
    oregano
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 1/2 tsp
    pepper
  • 1 Tbsp
    olive oil

How to Make Greek Chicken

Step-by-Step

  1. Place potatoes in a greased crock pot.
  2. Top with chicken, onions & garlic.
  3. Top with oil & seasonings.
  4. Cook on high 5-6 hours or low 9-10 hours. (adjust cooking time accordingly) Cook until chicken is done and potatoes are tender.
