I GOT THIS OUT OF THE BALTIMORE SUN NEWSPAPER MANY YEARS AGO. AN ACTOR, A MARTINEZ, FROM ONE OF THE SOAPS I USE TO WATCH, I THINK IT WAS "ANOTHER WORLD", PUT THIS ONE IN THE PAPER. IT'S ONE OF MINE AND MY HUSBAND'S FAVORITES.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter
- 5 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
- - juice from 1 lemon
- 1/3 cup fine bread crumbs
- 1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 4 - chicken breast halves, skinless and boneless
- - salt and pepper
How To Make great garlic chicken

Step 1Combine butter, garlic, Worcestershire and lemon juice in small saucepan. Heat over low heat until butter is melted. Meanwhile combine bread crumbs and parmesan cheese on large plate or in a Ziplock bag.

Step 2Season chicken with salt and pepper. Dip each piece in butter mixture and then in crumb mixture. Arrange chicken in oven-proof baking dish. Pour any remaining butter sauce over chicken and sprinkle with remaining crumbs.

Step 3Bake, covered, at 350 degrees, 30 minutes. Uncover and continue baking until done, about 20 minutes longer. Serve with potatoes, rice pilaf or brown rice.
