gravy smothered chicken thighs
I never had boneless chicken thighs before I tried this recipe. Thighs were always the last thing my family ate, but they lovvvvve this.I always serve with mashed potatoes,but rice or noodles would be great.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 1/2 pounds boneless chicken thighs
- 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 - carrots
- 1 - small onion
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic paste
- 1 can chicken broth
- 1 can cream of chicken soup

Step 1In plastic bag combine flour, salt, garlic powder, and pepper. Add chicken thighs,one at a time, shake to coat. In deep skillet brown chicken in 2 T oil. Remove and keep warm.

Step 2In same skillet, saute carrots, onion, and 1T oil til tender. Add garlic cook 1 min. Add broth loosen browned bits, stir in soup'

Step 3Return chicken to gravy, boil, and reduce heat; cover and simmer for 15 min.
