Ingredients
- RICE
- 2 cups boiling water
- 2 dashes salt
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 cup rice
- CHICKEN
- 4 - boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 dashes montreal seasoning
- 2 dashes seasoning salt
- 2 dashes garlic salt
- 2 dashes paprika
- - vegetable oil
- GRAVY
- 1 package powdered brown gravy mix
- 1 cup cold water
How To Make gravy baby chicken & rice

Step 1Prepare rice as normal, add 2 cups water to a pot and allow to boil. Add salt and 2 tablespoons of butter until melted. Add rice, stir for a few minutes, reduce heat and cover for 20 minutes.

Step 2Wash chicken thoroughly and add spices on each side of chicken: 2 dashes of Montreal seasoning, 2 dashes of seasoning salt, 2 dashes of garlic salt and 2 dashes of paprika.

Step 3Add a little vegetable oil to a pan and place the chicken breasts in the heated oil. Cook on each side thoroughly.

Step 4Once the chicken is cooked, add the packet of gravy right on top of the chicken and then add one cup of cold water on that. Allow gravy to thicken and then serve! Enjoy
