grandpa's chicken
This is one of Grace's favorite recipes since she was a little girl! It's named Grandpa's Chicken because Grandpa Olm always used to make this for the kids when he would have them over for supper at his house.

Ingredients
- 2 cups french fried onions
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 - egg
- 4 - chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
- - zatarain's creole seasoning
How To Make grandpa's chicken

Step 1Crush the onions (I put them in a zip-lock bag and crush to coarse crumbs with my hands) Pour them into a shallow bowl with the flour.

Step 2Put egg in another bowl and lightly mix with a fork.

Step 3Dip chicken pieces (I cut breasts in half) in egg and then dredge in the onion/flour mixture. Sprinkle generously with creole seasoning. Put in greased casserole dish and bake for 20 min at 400 degrees.
