  • 1 can mushrooms soup
  • 1 can celery soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 frying chicken cut up
  • 1 package envelope onion soup mix

How To Make grandma rhoades chicken and rice casserole

  • Step 1
    Butter 9x13 pan
  • Step 2
    Sprinkle rice evenly over bottom of pan
  • Step 3
    Heat soup with milk
  • Step 4
    Pour over rice
  • Step 5
    Place pieces of chicken (skin side up) over rice
  • Step 6
    Sprinkle onion soup mix over chicken
  • Step 7
    Cover tightly with foil
  • Step 8
    Bake at 325 for 2 1/4 hours
