- 1 cup uncooked rice
- 1 can mushrooms soup
- 1 can celery soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 frying chicken cut up
- 1 package envelope onion soup mix

Step 1Butter 9x13 pan

Step 2Sprinkle rice evenly over bottom of pan

Step 3Heat soup with milk

Step 5Place pieces of chicken (skin side up) over rice

Step 6Sprinkle onion soup mix over chicken

Step 7Cover tightly with foil

Step 8Bake at 325 for 2 1/4 hours
