My grandchildren loved this recipe! I didn't have any bread crumbs on hand, so I crushed up the stuffing and it makes a nice coating.

  • 1-1/2 lb
    boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1"-pieces
  • 12 oz
    honey-mustard salad dressing
  • 2 c
    herb-seasoned stuffing mix, finely crushed
  • 2 Tbsp
    orange juice

How to Make Grandkids' favorite chicken bites


  1. Heat oven to 400. Spray a lg baking sheet w/ cooking spray. Pour 3/4 cup dressing into shallow bowl. Dip chicken pieces into dressing.
  2. Place stuffing into a shallow bowl. Coat each chicken piece w/ stuffing. Place chicken pieces on baking sheet. Bake 15 min, turning once.
  3. Meanwhile stir remaining dressing and orange juice in small saucepan. Heat through. Serve sauce w/ chicken for dipping.
