1Cook veggies in broth from cooking chicken with salt and pepper.
Drain, saving broth. Add peas the last 5 minutes. Make cream
sauce with butter, flour, broth, soy sauce, and 1/2 & 1/2. Add
veggies and chicken. In a 9x13x2" pan, layer 2 phyllo sheets(brushed with melted butter), and chicken mixture. Top with 2 more phyllo sheets brushed again
with butter...more chicken mixture and top with several sheets of
phyllo, buttered in between. Bake in a pre-heated 350 F. oven for 30 minutes.
