This chicken recipe is really quick and easy to put together. I tweaked it up a bit, and we thought it was really good! Hope you like it too!

Ingredients

  • 4
    boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 4
    cloves of minced garlic
  • 4 Tbsp
    brown sugar
  • 1 Tbsp
    olive oil, light
  • ·
    salt and pepper

How to Make Glazed Garlic Chicken Breasts

Step-by-Step

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
    Spray baking dish with cooking spray, or coat lightly with oil.
  2. In a small pan, saute garlic with oil until tender. Do not brown, or over cook the garlic.
  3. Remove from the heat, and stir in the brown sugar.
  4. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
    Place chicken breasts in prepared baking dish.
    Cover with brown sugar mixture.
  5. Bake uncovered for 20 minutes, or until juices run clear.
