Ingredients

  • 2
    chickens
  • 2 Tbsp
    vegetable oil
  • 1
    red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1
    green bell pepper, sliced
  • 8 oz
    pineapple chunks
  • 1/2 c
    picante sauce
  • 2 Tbsp
    chopped cilantro

How to Make Ginger Spicy Chicken

Step-by-Step

  1. Lightly salt chicken.
  2. Cook in oil over medium heat until lightly browned and cook through, about 5 minutes.
  3. Remove and reserve.
  4. Add the remaining ingredients to skillet.
  5. Cook, stirring frequently, 5 to 7 minutes or until peppers are tender and sauce thickens.
  6. Return chicken to skillet and heat through.
