6boneless, skinless chicken thighs, cut into cubes
1 1/2inch piece of fresh ginger
1 Tbspsoy sauce
·kosher salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
1 Tbspsesame oil
2 mediumonions, sliced in thin wedges
2-3 Tbspcanola oil
How to Make Ginger Chicken
- Place cubed chicken, grated ginger, soy sauce, salt and pepper in a bowl and leave it for a while
- Slice onion into wedges. Heat canola oil in frying pan. Add onions and chicken and "frizzle" with the lid on, stirring until chicken is done.
- Drizzle with sesame oil and serve with white rice. When you start feeling hungry EAT.
