Ingredients
- 1 cup sugar peas
- - salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons sesame seeds
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- - cornstarch & cold peach juice
- 1/2 cup peach liquor
- 1 1/2 cups sliced peaches
- 2 tablespoons tarragon
How To Make georgia oriental chicken

Step 1Saute the chicken in a little oil. Add the salt & pepper to the chicken. Add the onions, peppers,peas , and soy sauce and tarragon. To make the glaze In a saute pan add the orange juice, liquor, and brown sugar. simmer until you get the sauce warm not hot , then add the cornstarch and simmer until it gets thick. Add the glaze to the chicken mix. Also add the sesame seeds to the chicken. Then add the peaches and nuts simmer for 5 minutes Serve over rice or noodles. This can be made with Pork chops also
