Ingredients For georgia chicken scampi

  • 1 slice
    and saute onion
  • 1 lg
    bell pepper jullianned and saute
  • 1 c
    sliced peaches save the juice
  • 1/2 c
    brown sugar
  • 1/2 c
    pecans
  • 1 Tbsp
    cornstarch and 1/2 cup peach juice mixed
  • 1 1/2 lb
    chicken parts boned, skinless and julienned
  • 1 Tbsp
    minced garlic
  • 1/2 c
    white wine
  • 2 Tbsp
    peach liquor
  • 1 Tbsp
    basil
  • 2 Tbsp
    butter
  • 2 Tbsp
    chopped parsley

How To Make georgia chicken scampi

  • 1
    Saute garlic in butter. Add julienned chicken and simmer for 5 minutes. Add wine, parsley, basil, and liquor when the chicken is cooked. Add cornstearch mix to thicken, add peaches and nuts. Simmer 2 minutes until peaches are warm. Can be served over rice or noodles.
