1 slice
and saute onion
1 large
bell pepper jullianned and saute
1 c
sliced peaches save the juice
1/2 c
brown sugar
1/2 c
1 Tbsp
cornstarch and 1/2 cup peach juice mixed
1 1/2 lb
chicken parts boned, skinless and julienned
1 Tbsp
minced garlic
1/2 c
white wine
2 Tbsp
peach liquor
1 Tbsp
2 Tbsp
2 Tbsp
chopped parsley

How to Make Georgia Chicken Scampi


  • 1Saute garlic in butter. Add julienned chicken and simmer for 5 minutes. Add wine, parsley, basil, and liquor when the chicken is cooked.
    Add cornstearch mix to thicken, add peaches and nuts. Simmer 2 minutes until peaches are warm.
    Can be served over rice or noodles.
