Ingredients
- 4 - chicken breast halves, skinless and boneless- pounded 1/4 inch thick
- 1/4 cup all purpose flour
- 6 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 5 tablespoons olive oil, extra virgin
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano, dried
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 cup marsala wine
- 1/2 cup cooking sherry
How To Make garlicky chicken marsala

Step 1In a shallow dish or bowl, mix together the flour, salt, pepper and oregano.

Step 2Coat chicken pieces in flour mixture.

Step 3In a large skillet, melt butter in oil over medium heat. Place chicken in the pan, and lightly brown.

Step 4Turn over chicken pieces, and add mushrooms and garlic. Pour in wine and sherry.

Step 5Cover skillet; simmer chicken 10 minutes, turning once, until no longer pink and juices run clear.
