garlic parmesan crusted chicken
I created this recipe like a lot of my recipes by a need for a quick dinner that tastes good using ingredients that I have on hand. I look at recipes that are similar to what I have a taste for and make up my own version. I only share my recipes so others can see how easy it is to make delicious foods, not to boast that I created a recipe because in all honesty I have at best modified someones recipe.

Ingredients
- 2 - boneless skinless chicken breast
- 1 cup panko bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- - salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup milk, 2%
- - cooking spray
How To Make garlic parmesan crusted chicken

Step 1preheat oven to 450

Step 2pound chicken until it is relatively uniform in thickness

Step 3mix dry ingredients together in a flat bowl, adjust measurements for taste

Step 4pour milk into a flat bowl

Step 5coat square baking pan with cooking spray

Step 6dip chicken first in milk then in dry mixture, make sure to cover entire surface on both sides

Step 7place chicken in pan. Top with any remaining dry ingredients.

Step 8bake in preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes until juices run clear and topping turns golden brown

Step 9I served with cheesy potatoes
