Ingredients

  • 4 medium
    chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
  • 3/4 c
    olive oil
  • 2 c
    italian bread crumbs
  • 1 1/2 c
    parmesan cheese
  • 2 clove
    garlic

How to Make Garlic Parmesan Chicken

Step-by-Step

  1. mix italian seasoned bread crumbs and parmesan cheese and garlic in a mixing bowl and mix completely
  2. rub a thin layer of olive oil over the chicken breasts covering completely (For those who like extra garlic try rubbing some chopped garlic on the chicken before coating with the bread crumb mixture)
  3. roll the chicken breasts through the bread crumb and cheese mixture
  4. Arrange chicken breasts in a single layer in a baking dish and back 30 to 45 minutes or until chicken is done and juices run clear at 375
