I'm low carbing it, and this was one satisfying chicken dish. My family loved it and said they'd eat it anytime! The empty dish confirmed just how good it was...so easy too! I'll double for leftovers next time!

  • 3 - 4 tablespoons minced garlic
  • 1 stick butter, melted
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon dried rosemary

How To Make ~ garlic lovers rosemary garlic chicken thighs ~

  • Step 1
Preheat oven to 425 degree F. Place rinsed chicken in baking dish or high sided baking sheet. In a saucepan, melt butter over low heat. Once melted, add garlic, soy and rosemary. Raise heat to medium and cook for a couple minutes.
  • Step 2
Baste each piece of chicken with the garlic-butter mixture. Place in oven and bake for 30 minutes. Basting occasionally. If a lot of liquid forms, pour at least half off. Turn chicken over and baste other side. Cook another 20 minutes or until completely cooked. Basting a few times.
  • Step 3
Serve hot! It's a delicious low carb chicken dish, but my family would have never guessed it...there wasn't a piece left!
