  • CHICKEN WINGS

    chicken wings tips removed separated at joint so you have 16 pieces
  • 2
    inches fresh ginger peeled and grated
  • 6 clove
    garlic minced
  • 1/2 c
    each soy sauce and brown sugar
  • 1 can
    12 oz coke
  • 3 Tbsp
    sweet chili sauce
  • RICE
  • 4 c
    cooked rice
  • 4 Tbsp
    furikake rice seasoning
  • GARNISH
  • 4 Tbsp
    green parts of scallion sliced

How To Make garlic ginger coke chicken wing rice bowl

    For the wings place about 2 tbsp of oil in a large skillet. Season wings with salt and pepper. Brown wings on all sides until browned work in batches if needed.

    Mix the remaining chicken wings together and pour over the chicken. Bring to a boil and simmer 20 minutes. The sauce will be thickened and the wings will be sticky.

    Mix the cooked rice with the Furikake seasoning. Place the rice in a bowl. Top with chicken wings pour a little chicken wing sauce over the top. Garnish with scallions
