Ingredients
- CHICKEN WINGS
- 8 - chicken wings tips removed separated at joint so you have 16 pieces
- 2 - inches fresh ginger peeled and grated
- 6 cloves garlic minced
- 1/2 cup each soy sauce and brown sugar
- 1 can 12 oz coke
- 3 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
- RICE
- 4 cups cooked rice
- 4 tablespoons furikake rice seasoning
- GARNISH
- 4 tablespoons green parts of scallion sliced

Step 1For the wings place about 2 tbsp of oil in a large skillet. Season wings with salt and pepper. Brown wings on all sides until browned work in batches if needed.

Step 2Mix the remaining chicken wings together and pour over the chicken. Bring to a boil and simmer 20 minutes. The sauce will be thickened and the wings will be sticky.

Step 3Mix the cooked rice with the Furikake seasoning. Place the rice in a bowl. Top with chicken wings pour a little chicken wing sauce over the top. Garnish with scallions
