garlic crunch chicken
I was looking for something a little different to do with chicken and came up with this. Turned out pretty good, and it got a thumbs up from my kids, too!

Ingredients
- 4-6 - chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
- 4-5 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1-2 tablespoon adobo brand garlic seasoning
- 1 tablespoon italian seasoning
- 1/4 cup milk - enough to make the mayo the consistency of beaten eggs
- 3 cups corn flakes
How To Make garlic crunch chicken

Step 1Put corn flakes in a gallon zip lock bag. Crush with a rolling pin. Pour into flat pie dish.

Step 2In a bowl, whisk mayonnaise & seasonings with 1/2 of the milk.

Step 3Continue whisking and add more milk until mayonnaise mixture is the consistency of beaten eggs.

Step 4Rinse chicken breasts & pat dry. Dip in mayonnaise mixture and then roll in the crushed corn flakes, coating well.

Step 5Place in a 9 x 13 baking dish, on a rack to keep the bottoms from getting soggy. Bake at 350 for about an hour, or until chicken is cooked through.
