Ingredients
- 4 large boneless skinless chicken breast
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 1/3 cup cream cheese softened
- 3 tablespoons fresh cilantro chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 cup swiss cheese shredded
- 1/2 cup flour
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup fine dried bread crumbs
- 1 teaspoon each salt and paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
How To Make garlic cheese stuffed baked chicken breasts

Step 1Mix together in a small bowl the cream cheese, garlic, Swiss cheese, Cilantro and lemon juice. Set aside.

Step 2Preheat oven 425 degrees. Cut a deep slit along the sides of the chicken breast to create a pocket. Fill each pocket with the cheese mixture. Press to close.

Step 3Line a baking pan with wax paper. Spray the paper with cooking spray. Place the flour in a shallow dish. Beat the eggs together and place in another shallow dish. Place the bread crumbs in a third shallow dish and add the salt, pepper and paprika. Mix well.

Step 4Roll each chicken breast in flour shaking off the excess. Dip and roll in the egg. Then dredge in the bread crumb mixture. Place on baking pan and place in oven for 20 minutes until cooked through.
