This happened by accident as I had made too many Egg Noodles. As I consider myself a "Dump" cook, I sauted some green onion and garlic in butter and added some heavy cream I found. My husband ate 2 helpings!

garlic, minced
4 bunch
green onions, finely chopped
4 Tbsp
butter, melted
1 pt
heavy cream
1 pinch
salt, to taste
1 pinch
pepper, to taste

How to Make Garlic Butter Cream Sauce


  • 1Melt butter in sauce pan, add minced garlic and chopped green onions, saute until tender. Whisk in heavy cream , keep stirring until thick, add salt and pepper to taste. serve over noodles, rice, chicken
