This happened by accident as I had made too many Egg Noodles. As I consider myself a "Dump" cook, I sauted some green onion and garlic in butter and added some heavy cream I found. My husband ate 2 helpings!

  • 4 clove
    garlic, minced
  • 4 bunch
    green onions, finely chopped
  • 4 Tbsp
    butter, melted
  • 1 pt
    heavy cream
  • 1 pinch
    salt, to taste
  • 1 pinch
    pepper, to taste

How to Make Garlic Butter Cream Sauce


  1. Melt butter in sauce pan, add minced garlic and chopped green onions, saute until tender. Whisk in heavy cream , keep stirring until thick, add salt and pepper to taste. serve over noodles, rice, chicken
