1Remove any fat from chicken, rinse and pat dry. Cut into 1 1/2 inch pieces.
In a large skillet, add the chicken, ketchup, seasonings, mustard, molasses, garlic, brown sugar and vinegar. Stir together well and bring to a boil. Cover and simmer for 25 - 30 minutes or until chicken is tender.
2You can now tear chicken into smaller pieces or leave chunky.
3Serve on buns, topped with slaw if desired and serve with pickle slices.
