These packed full of flavor chicken sliders were the hit of my Superbowl party! So easy and so tasty. I hope you try them for your next party! They're sure to be a hit!

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 pounds boneless skinless chicken thighs
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 2 tablespoons each, unsulphered cooking molasses & yellow mustard
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • slider - buns or can use regular sized buns
  • sliced - dill or sweet pickle chips
  • coleslaw - if desired to top

How To Make ~ game day " chunky chicken sliders " ~ quick

  • Step 1
    Remove any fat from chicken, rinse and pat dry. Cut into 1 1/2 inch pieces. In a large skillet, add the chicken, ketchup, seasonings, mustard, molasses, garlic, brown sugar and vinegar. Stir together well and bring to a boil. Cover and simmer for 25 - 30 minutes or until chicken is tender.
  • Step 2
    You can now tear chicken into smaller pieces or leave chunky.
  • Step 3
    Serve on buns, topped with slaw if desired and serve with pickle slices. Delicious!
