    boneless, skinless chicken breast, cooked and diced
  • 2 c
    diced celery
  • 1 can(s)
    cream of mushroom soup
  • 4 oz
    diced water chestnuts
  • 1
    chopped onion
  • 2 c
  • 1 stick
    butter, melted
  • 1 box
    stovetop stuffing (i used for chicken)

How to Make Gail's Chicken Bake


  1. Combine the first 6 ingredients into a baking dish.
  2. Melt butter, mix with stovetop stuffing mix.
  3. Spread over the chicken mix. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour.
