How to Make GaGa's 7Up Chicken
- 1Preheat oven to 500 degrees.
- 2Rinse chicken and pat dry. Arrange in 9x13 baking dish. Sprinkle evenly with dry onion soup mix. Cover with foil and bake in 500 degree oven for 15 minutes.
- 3Remove from oven & reduce temp to 350 degrees. Carefully remove foil. Drizzle chicken with 7Up, careful not to wash off the soup mix. Cover & return to oven. Bake for 45 minutes.
- 4You can substitue white wine for the 7Up. And you can make a gravy out of the plentiful pan juice (although I'm not the best gravy maker).
