Ingredients

  • 1
    whole cut up chicken with bone
  • 2 Tbsp
    garlic powder
  • 1 c
    flower
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 1 tsp
    pepper
  • 1/2 tsp
    poultry seasoning
  • 1 pinch
    crushed red pepper
  • ·
    vegetable oil

How to Make Fried Garlic Chicken

Step-by-Step

  1. boil oil in very deep pan or even a pot
  2. mix the flower, garlic powder, salt, pepper, poultry seasoning and crushed red pepper in a large bowl with a fork til it is evenly distributed
  3. wash chicken in salt water then pat dry with paper towel
  4. after you pat the chicken dry coat the chicken evenly then put into the oil
  5. let cook between 20-30 minutes
  6. when it finished cooking let cool in a dish with papertowels on it then serve
