Ingredients For fried garlic chicken balls

2 lbground chicken

1 cflour
-
1 ccornstarch
- COATING INGREDIENTS

4garlic cloves, crushed

2 Tbspdry sherry
-
1/2 tspground ginger
-
2egg whites
-
1 Tbspsoy sauce
-
2 Tbspcornstarch
-
1/2 tspsalt
-
1/2 tspwhite pepper
-
4 cpeanut oil
How To Make fried garlic chicken balls

1Mix the chicken with all of the seasonings and egg whites.

2Mix it very well.

3Form into balls about the size of large walnuts and set on waxed paper.

4When all are formed, mix the cornstarch with the flour and roll each ball in this mixture.

5Deep fry in several batches in 360 degree oil until the balls float and are golden brown in color, about 5 minutes.

6Taste one to be sure they are done to your liking.
