1Place flour in lg shallow bowl. Place bread crumbs in another shallow bowl. Put eggs and water in a bowl an beat.
2Coat chicken tenders 1 piece at a time in flour, then egg mix, then bread crumbs. Heat oil in lg skillet until hot.
3Fry chicken in small batches for about 8 mins, or until golden brown. Remove chicken to papaer towels to drain. In another bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, horseradish, sour cream, worcestershire sauce and mustard. Serve sauce w/ chicken.
