Ingredients

  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 cups italian-style bread crumbs
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 2 - eggs, beaten
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 24 - chicken tenderloins
  • 2 - quarts oil, for frying.
  • 1 cup light mayonnaise
  • 3 tablespoons horseradish sauce
  • 1/2 cup light sour cream
  • 1 dash worcestershire sauce
  • 3 tablespoons prepared mustard

How To Make fried chicken tenders

  • Step 1
    Place flour in lg shallow bowl. Place bread crumbs in another shallow bowl. Put eggs and water in a bowl an beat.
  • Step 2
    Coat chicken tenders 1 piece at a time in flour, then egg mix, then bread crumbs. Heat oil in lg skillet until hot.
  • Step 3
    Fry chicken in small batches for about 8 mins, or until golden brown. Remove chicken to papaer towels to drain. In another bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, horseradish, sour cream, worcestershire sauce and mustard. Serve sauce w/ chicken.
