How to Make Fried Chicken Strips

Step-by-Step

  1. Mix the first 5 ingredients in a large dish (flour and spices).
  2. Mix egg and buttermilk in another large dish.
  3. Cut up 3 or 4 boneless chicken breasts into strips.
  4. Dip them in the egg mixture first, let the excess drain off.
  5. Then coat thoroughly in the flour mixture.
  6. Second dredge - back to the egg mixture.
  7. Back to the flour mixture.
  8. Deep fry at 350 for 6-7 minutes.
