These fried chicken strips are delectable! The coating is golden brown while the inside stays tender and juicy. Double dredging gives the chicken a very crispy crust. The spices are subtle and add just the right amount of flavor. Serve with honey mustard and french fries... we bet your family will think these are way better than what you'll get at a restaurant.

Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 2 teaspoons pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 3 - eggs
- 2 cups buttermilk
How To Make fried chicken strips

Step 1Mix the first 5 ingredients in a large dish (flour and spices).

Step 2Mix egg and buttermilk in another large dish.

Step 3Cut up 3 or 4 boneless chicken breasts into strips.

Step 4Dip them in the egg mixture first, let the excess drain off.

Step 5Then coat thoroughly in the flour mixture.

Step 6Second dredge - back to the egg mixture.

Step 7Back to the flour mixture.

Step 8Deep fry at 350 for 6-7 minutes.
