WE LOVE COOKED APPLES AND CHICKEN
SO I GRILLED SOME CHICKEN CUT IT UP MADE SOME RICE AND ADDED SOME APPLES.THIS WAS REALLY GOOD COOKED UP TOGETHER. I CANNED MY OWN APPLES BUT LUCKS CANNED APPLES ARE GOOD. HOPE YOU SERVE UP A DISH FOR YOU LOVED ONE TONIGHT. IT'S WHAT FOR DINNER TONIGHT. ENJOY.

Ingredients

  • 3 c
    cooked apples (canned is ok; i canned my own)
  • 1/3 c
    brown sugar, light
  • 3-4 c
    chicken grilled and cut into peices ; (don't like grilled use baked chicken)
  • 3 c
    rice
  • 2 3/4 c
    water, as needed
  • 1/2 stick
    butter
  • DASH dash(es)
    salt and pepper
  • dash(es)
    garlic powder
  • COOK CHICKEN GRILLED OR BAKED ; IN SKILLET COOK RICE IN WATER

  • SALT & PEPPER, GARLIC,BUTTER , BROWNSUGAR ,ADD APPLES AND CHICKEN.

  • COOK FOR 20 MIN. TILL RICE IS COOKED . MAKE 4 SERVINGS.SERVE WITH A FRESH GARDEN SALAD.
