Great for using up leftover chicken! My kids love this stuff! There's no magic to this recipe, but everytime I make it they tell me, "Mom, you make the BEST chicken salad!" ... I love my kids. ; )

Ingredients
- 2-2 1/2 cups chicken, cooked, cut up small
- 1/8 cup celery, chopped small
- 1/8 cup onion, chopped small
- 1/2 teaspoon poultry seasoning, to taste
- 1 teaspoon parsley flakes
- - salt & pepper, to taste
- 1 teaspoon adobo brand garlic seasoning (or just use garlic powder)
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise, more or less to blend the salad
How To Make fresh chicken salad

Step 1Blend all ingredients together in a bowl.

Step 2Refrigerate for at least an hour for the flavors to "marry".

Step 3Serve on hearty bread or rolls.

Step 4You can also put this on crackers or rye crisps for an appetizer, or serve it along with a good homemade soup.
