How to Make French's Crunchy Onion Chicken
- 1Empty fried onions into a gallon ziplock bag. Crush onions in bag.
- 2Add flour to the onions.
- 3Beat egg in a separate bowl.
- 4Dip chicken into egg mixture. Then drop into onion ziplock bag.
- 5Press onion mixture firmly onto chicken.
- 6Lightly grease a casserole dish. Put chicken into casserole dish. Add pepper to taste.
- 7Bake in 400 degree oven for twenty minutes until no longer pink in the center.
