Ingredients
- 1 - envelope onion soup mix
- 2 pounds boneless skinless chicken pieces, i use breasts and thighs
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 2 cans water
- 1 1/2 cups uncooked rice
- - pepper
How To Make french onion chicken and rice casserole

Step 1preheat oven to 350.

Step 2Grease a 9x13 dish.

Step 3Spread the rice over the bottom of the pan. Top with chicken pieces. Sprinkle with pepper.

Step 4Mix the rest of the ingredients and pour over.

Step 5Cover with foil and bake until chicken is tender. About an hour.
