With this football season finally here, these are great and easy and my picky children love them. They go best with a dipping sauce like BBQ or Honey Mustard (the food, not the kids).

Ingredients

  • 4
    chicken strips cooked
  • 4
    bolillo rolls
  • 4 small
    handfuls of shredded cheese (whichever kind suites you)
  • ·
    dipping sauces

How to Make Footballs

Step-by-Step

  1. Cook chicken strips and cut into bite size pieces and cut a slit in the top of the rolls and stuff with chicken.
  2. sprinkle cheese over the top of the chicken stuffed slit in the rolls.
  3. Bake rolls in oven for 8 minutes and serve with a side of dipping sauce.
