I GOT THIS RECIPE FROM KRAFT RECIPES. THIS MEAL IS EASY TO MAKE AND TASTES GREAT. IT'S A CROWD PLEASER FOR SURE. A NEW FAMILY RECIPE, FAMILY LOVED IT, SO I GIVE IT TWO THUMBS UP. IT WAS DELICIOUS : )

(6-oz) stove top stuffing mix for chicken
1 c
water

(1-1/2lb) boneless skinless chicken breast
4 c
broccoli florets
1 1/2 c
kraft shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 c
oscar mayer real bacon bits
1/2 c
kraft ranch dressing

How to Make FOIL-PACK CHICKEN & BROCCOLI DINNER

Step-by-Step

  • 1HEAT OVEN TO 400F. COMBINE STUFFING MIX AND WATER; SPOON ONTO CENTERS OF 6 LARGE SHEETS HEAVY-DUTY FOIL. TOP WITH REMAINING INGREDIENTS.
  • 2BRING UP FOIL SIDES. DOUBLE FOLD TOP AND BOTH ENDS TO SEAL EACH PACKET, LEAVING ROOM FOR HEAT CIRCULATION INSIDE. PLACE IN 15X10X1-INCH PAN.
  • 3BAKE 30 TO 35 MINUTES OR UNTIL CHICKEN IS DONE (165F) FEMOVE PACKETS FROM OVEN; LET STAND 5 MINUTES. CUT SLITS IN FOIL TO RELEASE STEAM BEFORE OPENING PACKETS.

    TO PREVENT STUFFING FROM STICKING TO FOIL, SPRAY FOIL WITH COOKING SPRAY.
