This is probably one of the easiest chicken dinners that you will ever prepare. And the chicken is so moist and full of flavor. Lynda Byrd, Christina and Amber's Mom shared this with me years ago.

Ingredients For flavorful moist chicken

  • 5 - 7 Tbsp
    worcestershire sauce, or to your taste
  • 16 oz
    sour cream
  • pepperidge farm stuffing mix
  • 4 - 6
    boneless chicken pieces, (breasts or thighs)

How To Make flavorful moist chicken

  • 1
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Rinse the chicken pieces, and then dry them with paper towels.

    In a bowl, mix Worcestershire sauce with sour cream.
  • 3
    Crush the stuffing mix; put into another bowl.
  • 4
    Dip chicken into sour cream mixture and roll in stuffing mix, thoroughly coating the chicken pieces. Place coated chicken pieces into baking pan. Bake on 350F for approximately 35 - 45 minutes or until done.
