Barb's original recipe called for grilling, but I personally would bake these in the oven so as not to burn the prosciutto.

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 8 chicken breast halves (2 lbs)
- 24 large sage or basil leaves
- 8 thin strips proscuitto (4 oz)

Step 1Grease grill. Mix lemon juice and olive oil. Add to chicken, toss to coat. Lay 3 leaves of sage or basil on each breast. Wrap slice of prosciutto around each breast.

Step 2That was all the directions. I would personally bake in the oven like the Chicken in Bacon (in JAP) so as not to burn the prosciutto!
