My husband came up with this. We were going to run out of breading, but we didn't and came up with an even better breading! It gives it a crunch. It really is "the bomb!"

one bag of andy's breading.

equal amount of itialian seasoned bread crumbs.
How To Make fish breading--it's the bomb!

1mix breading and bread crumbs together. Then follow the directions on the bag of breading for how to bread fish. We use Andy's because it is so simple to use. The fish or chicken has to be a little wet, but that's it.
