- 8 - chicken legs
- - salt and pepper
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1/2 cup sriracha sauce
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon cider vinegar
- 4 cloves garlic minced
How To Make firecracker chicken legs

Step 1Mix the Sriracha, Brown sugar, soy sauce, cider vinegar, and garlic. Set aside

Step 2Add oil to a large skillet season the chicken with salt and pepper. Brown the chicken on all sides. Pour the sriracha mixture over the top.

Step 3Transfer the pan to a preheated 400 degree oven. Bake about 15 to 20 minutes basting every 5 minutes until no longer pink in the middle.
