How to Make Firecracker Chicken Legs
- Mix the Sriracha, Brown sugar, soy sauce, cider vinegar, and garlic. Set aside
- Add oil to a large skillet season the chicken with salt and pepper. Brown the chicken on all sides. Pour the sriracha mixture over the top.
- Transfer the pan to a preheated 400 degree oven. Bake about 15 to 20 minutes basting every 5 minutes until no longer pink in the middle.
