My son is a firefighter and they cook this at his dept. I didn't think it sounded good at all, but he insisted that I try it..We now have it a least once a month...you can play around with it and use more or less of all of it..depends on your taste and how many you are feeding.sometimes I use more or less brown sugar and salsa..We serve it over rice
