Went to a party once and had to take a Filipino dish enough for 40 people. Had no idea what to take. Came up with this idea from a friend. It is very tasty. This recipe feeds 4-5 people. But you can increase amounts and meat depending on how many people you are going to feed.

- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup vinegar
- 2 tablespoons white corn syrup
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- - salt to taste
- - 6-8 pieces of chicken thighs
How To Make filipino chicken

Step 1Combine soy sauce, vinegar, syrup, garlic and salt in medium size bowl. Whisk all ingredients. Rinse off chicken thighs and place in a baking dish. Pour mixture over chicken. Bake at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes to 1 hour. Check meat for doneness. Remove meat and place on a plate. Serve with your favorite side dishes.
