dish enough for 40 people. Had no idea what to take. Came up with this idea from a friend. It is very tasty. This recipe feeds 4-5 people. But you can increase amounts and meat depending on how many people you are going to feed.

1/2 csoy sauce

1/2 cvinegar

2 Tbspwhite corn syrup

1 tspminced garlic

·6-8 pieces of chicken thighs
How to Make Filipino Chicken
- Combine soy sauce, vinegar, syrup, garlic and salt in medium size bowl. Whisk all ingredients. Rinse off chicken thighs and place in a baking dish. Pour mixture over chicken. Bake at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes to 1 hour. Check meat for doneness. Remove meat and place on a plate. Serve with your favorite side dishes.
