This Tex-Mex recipe can be served as a wrap or is just as good served in a bowl with a dollop of sour cream!

Ingredients

  • 1 (10 3/4) ounces can condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup chunky-style salsa
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 cup uncooked instant white rice
  • 2 cups cooked cubed chicken
  • 4 - (10-inch) flour tortillas
  • - sour cream (optional)

How To Make fiesta chicken & rice wraps

  • Step 1
    Mix soup, salsa and water in a saucepan; heat to boiling; stir in rice and chicken; cover and remove from heat; let stand 5 minutes.
  • Step 2
    Spoon about 1 cup chicken mixture down the center of each tortilla; fold tortilla around filling.
  • Step 3
    Serve with sour cream, if desired.
