This is a quick and simple Mexican casserole dish that is very creamy and has a little spice. It is one I've made many times and one I'm sure you'll like as well. We like to garnish it with lettuce, tomato, cilantro and extra cheese

Ingredients
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 2 small tomatoes, diced
- 1/3 cup picante sauce
- 1 medium green bell pepper, diced
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2-3 teaspoons red chili powder
- 12 - corn tortillas, cut into 1" strips
- 3 cups cubed diced chicken, cooked
- 1 cup shredded colby cheese

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Step 2In a bowl combine first 7 ingredients and mix well. In a greased baking dish put down a layer of tortilla strips, top with half the chicken, soup mixture and cheese; repeat layers.

Step 3Cover and bake for 40-50 minutes or until bubbly
