Another delicious make over casserole....I just hate throwing good things out...Makeovers are the best...

1 1/2 c
cooked, boneless, skinless chicken, diced
can cream of chicken soup
evaporated milk or regular milk
taco seasoning mix
2 1/2 c
cooked rice or pasta(whatever you got)
shredded mexican cheese mix
frito corn chips-do not crush
How To Make
Spray or grease a 10 inch baking casserole dish; set aside. Heat oven to 350^.
Place the chicken pieces in a large bowl, add the soup, milk,taco seasoning mix, rice and 1 cup of the cheese. Stir to combine.Pour into prepared casserole dish.
Top with 1/2 cup of remaining cheese.
Put as many corn chips as you can on top of the cheese; then evenly distribute the remaining cheese over top. Bake for 30 minutes. Enjoy.
If would have had some tomatoes I would have added them also.
