Ingredients

  • 4
    boneless chicken breasts
  • 2 Tbsp
    balsamic vinegarette dressing
  • 1 tsp
    italian seasoning
  • 1/4 tsp
    seasoned pepper
  • 1 large
    roma tomato cut into 8 slices
  • 1 1/4 c
    chopped feta cheese (1 oz)

How to Make Feta Topped Chicken

Step-by-Step

  1. Set oven control to broil - brush both sides of chicken breasts with balsamic dressing, italian seasoning, seasoned pepper and place on broiler pan
  2. Broil with tops 4 inches from heat. broil for about 10 minutes turning once until chicken is no longer pink in center of the thickest part of the chicken
  3. top with tomato and feta cheese place back under the broiler for 2 - 3 minutes until cheese is slightly browned.
