Ingredients

  • 3
    boneless chicken thighs cut into chunks
  • 4
    chunks fermented red chili bean curd
  • 4 Tbsp
    peanut oil
  • ·
    hoisin sauce for serving

How to Make Fermented Red Chili Bean Curd Marinated Chicken

Step-by-Step

  1. Remove 4 squares of fermented chili bean curd from jar. Pour a little of the juice with it. Smash the curd with a fork. Add the chicken and stir well.
  2. Let the chicken marinate overnight
    Add oil to skillet. Add the chicken pieces and fry in oil until browned and no longer pink
  3. Serve drizzled with hoisin sauce
